The Engineering Division of the Chamberlin plc currently comprises Exidor Limited and Petrel Limited.

Exidor, based in Cannock, Staffordshire, is a long established and leading supplier of high quality emergency exit fittings, architectural ironmongery and builders’ hardware products. Its EXIDOR emergency exit product range is a leader in the exit and security door equipment market with an expanding range of equipment to satisfy a variety of access applications.

Petrel Limited, based near the National Exhibition Centre to the East of Birmingham, concentrates on the development and production of certified lighting and control systems for use in hazardous environments, utilising its many years of experience in manufacturing to supply high quality, innovative lighting solutions to the petrochemical and other industries. The same experience and skill is applied to its cable management product ranges which are used in both domestic and industrial environments.
