 Interests of Directors and Connected Persons

Chamberlin was notified on 12 July 2010 that Mrs A J R Jackson, the wife of Keith Jackson, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has acquired 6,000 new Ordinary 25p Shares in the Company at a purchase price of 81.5p per share. 

This purchase takes Keith Jackson's beneficial shareholding to 13,525 shares, representing approximately 0.18% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
